Samsung Bag License Agreement Apple-HTC Peep

Feud Samsung and Apple re-entered a new phase. Judge United States (U.S.) ordered Apple to reveal details of the legal agreement between the company with HTC, including the 10-year patent license agreement the two companies.

Quoted by Reuters on Friday (23/11/2012), the judge's decision is the result of Samsung's legal filing that forced

Apple to reveal the deal on November 10 with HTC.

It's no secret that Samsung and Apple are now rivals in the trial related to a patent dispute involving the two companies. In August, Apple managed to win damages verdict of $ 1, 05 billion, after a jury trial of the U.S. found that several perangkatmobile Samsung has violated Apple's software and design patents.

Still related to the enmity of both, most likely Samsung believes Apple and HTC's deal includes some of the same patents in dispute that the South Korean-based company with Apple.
